While most eye exams focus on vision correction, this program focuses on early detection, baseline tracking, and long‑term eye and brain health using advanced diagnostic technology.

Membership Price:

  •  Monthly: $33
  • Annual: $350
  • Registration fee: $100  (waived with annual payment)

First visit can be scheduled immediately for annual payers and no sooner than 4 months into program for monthly subscribers.

Anyone who discontinues the subscription program may not re-enroll for at least 14 months and they will be subject to a new registration fee.
